Role Overview
As a Moderator (Support Team), you will be on the front lines of player interaction. Your primary responsibility is to assist players with questions, issues, and reports while enforcing server rules in a calm, professional manner.
This role is ideal for players who are:
- Helpful and patient
- Active within the community
- Interested in keeping the server safe and enjoyable
Responsibilities
- Provide in-game and Discord support to players
- Answer questions about server features, rules, and gameplay
- Handle player reports and minor disputes
- Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
- Identify and report bugs, exploits, or suspicious behavior
- Work with other moderators and administrators as a team
Requirements
- (Good knowledge of Hytale)
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Calm, respectful attitude—even in stressful situations
- Good understanding of server rules and moderation principles
- Ability to follow staff guidelines and confidentiality
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous moderation or community management experience
- Active presence on Discord
- Familiarity with common moderation plugins/tools

- Be active and reliable (quality over quantity)
- Treat all players equally and respectfully
- Represent the server positively at all times
- Accept feedback and continue improving as a moderator
